The Health and Disability Commissioner’s Code of Consumer Rights underpins our work at Healthvision. There are 10 rights.

Further information about the Code of Rights can be found at the HDC website. This website also provides information on how to make a complaint via the office of the Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC). Clients can also seek the support of the independent Advocacy Service.

Healthvision keeps client information confidential and private in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.
Information will only be collected for a lawful purpose connected with Healthvision's Home and Community Healthcare services.
