Danai Dube
Nursing
Danai was born and raised in Zimbabwe where she gained her primary nursing qualification in 2007. In 2016, she emigrated to New Zealand with her family and achieved a NZ Bachelor of Nursing degree at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology.
Since becoming a Registered Nurse 16 years ago, Danai has had the privilege of a broad assortment of nursing experience; working across Oncology, Gynaecology, Outpatient Care, Aged Care, District Nursing, and Homecare nursing.
Danai uses her knowledge and experience to complement her current role as Healthvision’s Homecare Clinical Lead. She supports a team of Registered Health Professionals to assess and oversee the ongoing needs of service users whilst they live in their home and community across Aotearoa. She has the utmost respect for humanity and endeavours to exude the correct balance of empathy and competence while delivering a high level of culturally competent nursing care and support.
In her free time, Danai enjoys sewing, as well as song and dance with her two children.
