Healthvision wins ACC Integrated Homecare Contract

Healthvision is delighted to announce that we were awarded a lead contract with ACC to deliver Integrated Home & Community Support Services.
This is a wonderful achievement by all our teams, and testament to everyone’s hard work and passion to achieving the best for our clients.
This contract means:
Healthvision has a direct relationship with ACC Case Managers, making our client service delivery more seamless and reducing potential delays for clients in receiving the care that they need. We will be able to provide additional clinical supports via Registered Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy, which will improve our service to clients and client outcomes. It will be easier to integrate our ACC Homecare services with our ACC Training for Independence Rehabilitation and ACC Community Nursing Services, so that we can provide for our clients a ‘one-stop-shop’. Healthvision can provide an even broader reach of services via our hand-picked and top-quality Alliance Members. We will continue our work with ACC to help improve contract and service design.
We are honored that we were the only new company to have received this contract, and delighted that we can continue making a difference for all of our clients, teams and our communities.
